Use of Claro includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use Claro. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use Our Site, as these will apply to your use of Our Site. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference. By using Claro, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use Claro.

Changes to our site

We may update Claro from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on Claro may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. If we change these terms of use, we will post the revised document here with an updated effective date. If we make significant changes to these terms of use, we may also notify you by other means such as sending an email, messaging you via an instant messaging service or posting a notice on our home page. We do not guarantee that Our Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Campaign Terms

2% Cash Bonus Campaign

  1. 2% bonus will be paid on any cash balance over £100 up to a maximum of £3000
  2. The offer is valid for 12 months from the first time a client’s balance is over £100
  3. The bonus will be calculated daily and paid at the end of every quarter

The following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Early User” means anyone who downloads the Claro waiting list app via the app store, verifies their email and completes the following tasks:

Connects at least one bank account
Successfully passes KYC & AML checks
Completes the Claro suitability quiz
Sets a minimum of one goal
Deposits a minimum of £10 GBP
Complete at least one early coaching call during beta or waiting list prior to August 15th 2021

“User” means anyone who downloads the Claro app via the app store, verifies their email and completes the following tasks:

Connects at least one bank account
Successfully passes KYC & AML checks
Completes the Claro suitability quiz
Sets a minimum of one goal
Deposits a minimum of £10 GBP
